I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Once For All
Interview
It took them 3 weeks to get back to me for a phone screen. Total waste of time. I interviewed with a team lead who was confused, babbling and defensive and spoke through a dodgy mobile phone connection while busy banging cupboards.
Clearly, he did not want to do this, so the interview ended on a sour note. Looking at the feedback here I did not expect anything better.
