The interview was in person and I was interviewed by three team members. The interview lasted about three to four hours. First part was going over my resume and was followed by technical questions.

They insisted that a new graduate with a BS degree needs to have a PHD as well as a 4.0 GPA which was not listed in the job posting, ultimately wasting time of both parties when a simple check of a resume would have answered the question.

Interview
The interview process was normal but a little odd. After getting the interview, they asked me to disassemble and reassemble a small mechanical part using some tools. Once finished with that, they sent me up to the interview room where there were very few behavioral questions and instead there were mostly technical questions.
