Submitted my resume and cover letter through email, received an email for a phone interview, had two phone interviews with CEO's, then in-person interview, followed by aptitude test. Overall, they were okay, but somewhat unprofessional. I understand that you are a small firm, but that doesn't mean you should compromise professionalism.
