I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at One Search (London, England) in Sept 2019
Interview
The first interview was very friendly, done with the manager first in the lobby of the office. After you spoke to the manager, he would individually bring every member of the team to see if they also thought you were a good fit. Questions were easy (mostly them describing what they do as a company), however the interview was quite lengthy in the end (3 hours).
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at One Search (London, England) in May 2015
Interview
I had a brief meeting with the person from the recruitment agency just before meeting the person from the company. The company was looking for experience in equity markets as was clear from his questions. This was not in my career experience.
