2 step process- one 15min interview to have a conversation for them to learn your personality.a second 30 min interview to discuss job. pretty basic, very easy going and easy to talk to. management gave calls after each interview to let you know whether or not you moved on to the next round.

Submitted the application and I got a called back from One Source Provider with Greenbelt, Maryland. Interviewer asked me where do I see myself in five years and asked me about my goals. The interview were only about ten to fifteen minutes.
