Process was started with the Technical round conducted by the Interview panel of 3 seniors. It was 1.5 hrs round.After technical round, we had a conversation about other general topics. Had a discussion with HR director, followed by an aptitude test, had a Technical round 2 with department head and last the round was with the Country Head. In a whole process will now, the senior was very cooperative, helpful, guided through every process and helped whenever needed. He was always just a call or message away for support. Then the seniors,manager,department heads who conducted the technical rounds was very calm and they didn't let me feel pressure of anything, if I wasn't award of the answer I just said so and they shared the details on it. Made me comfortable throughout the recruiting process. I had a really honest interview and they kept the environment healthy to make it more comfortable. Thanks to the whole team for your support,guidance and motivation to go through this process and I am happy to join the organisation. Will surely give my best and contribute to the organisation's growth and success.
