Interview
One interview with the lead supervisor and other account managers. Included a tour and introductions to other departments and explanation of what everyone did. Very friendly and forthcoming atmosphere. Everyone seemed very professional yet relaxed at the same time and happy with where they were.

Question 1
I always find the question "what is a failure or regret you have" to be the most difficult question. Even things with which I have been dissatisfied do not rank as a failure or regret to me.
