The initial communication with the recruitment team was prompt and professional. I was genuinely excited about the opportunity and spent time preparing for the interview and task. Unfortunately, I had to reschedule one of the interviews because my young child was unwell. Despite communicating this clearly and professionally, I was later informed that I was no longer being considered for the role.
