First Round interview was a group scenario. The prospective employees mainly engaged in icebreaker activities and mingling with Team Leaders. Following this interview I was offered a second round, one-on-one interview via Microsoft Teams.

Recruitment very fast and process communicated clearly from the beginning. Interview was with 2 people and went for around 30-40 minutes. Very friendly and conversational interview, non-judgemental environment and felt very comfortable

First part involved a video recording to answer questions, first interview with a member of the HR team, then a second interview with members of the department I applied for. Third interview was a little more casual, with members of the team I would be working with.
