It started with an informal chat with Senior Members of the team, I was then asked to come back in for a formal interview given a brief and asked to present a small proposal plan for a client and then answer some competency questions. Finally I had an informal chat with owners of the business before then being offered the role.

Interview
I was invited for a informal friendly chat about the role with the Client Services Director and Head of Media at OME and discussed the role I had applied for and asked about my background and experience for the role.
After the first meeting I was then invited for a second interview again with the same colleagues but I was set the task of creating a mock proposal for a client with a set budget.
