Really boring ...all day filling forms translating documents filling assessment tests with plenty of errors in my own native language.... and not even my comments were taken into account....poor overall process

I experienced a hiring process where the job description was not clearly defined. The specific role was discussed only after the initial interview (virtual process), with no heads-up from them. It turned out that the available role is a voice call account and requires experience for the post. My previous BPO experience is a blended account, which is not suitable for a pure voice role. From that experience, I learned the importance of asking clarifying questions early and ensuring role expectations are clearly understood before moving forward.
