Thank you for taking the time to give us some feedback on our company. We always appreciate the opportunity to improve. We are glad you were successful on being invited to take part in a second stage interview, where you had the opportunity to shadow one of our representatives. This gives candidates the opportunity to learn more about the logistics of the role, and experience the working environment that was described in depth to them during their first round interview.
We want to make sure that this role is a match for potential candidates which is why the second interview is more in depth and covers a lot of material. After this interview, we and potential candidates are sure if we are a match or not. Seeing as you, like everybody else, signed the document that states that the day is voluntary and you agree to partake at your own discretion, we are surprised you believe it to be 'slave labor', we will take a look at our paperwork and see if we can make this clearer to candidates, as we always ask candidates to read this section carefully before signing.
