I applied through university. I interviewed at Open Systems International (Medina, MN) in Dec 2020
Interview
The first interview was a phone interview. They cover a broad base of general electrical/computer engineering questions. Then on campus interview if they are interested in moving further. On campus consists of deeper interview with separate teams to get to know where you'd fit in.
Personally, I'd stay away from this company as there were major red flags throughout the interview process. Super condescending phone interview with the Senior Manager. Acted as if he knew everything. HR department took 1 WHOLE MONTH to get back to me to set up the second rounds of interview after I gave them my availability for the following week. Offer was also extremely below market value.

They went over the stuff listed on my resume, and asked questions based off that.
Phone interview, on-site interview. On site interview included tour, meetings with about 5 OSI employees including two HR people. One technical interviewer, two behavioral/general interviewers. Took a unique personality assessment that they give all candidates regardless of position.
