The interview process has 3 rounds: 1. Talk to the recruiter 2. Talk to the hiring manager a.k.a SRE Director 3. Three hours all hands interviews including general technical interview, SRE specific interview, and teamwork interview In general, the interviewers are very friendly, and knowledgeable as well. They want to work with you, not test your skill or show their superior like some other companies. No one knows everything, they may know something you don't know and vice versa.
