      OPS Position Interview

      1 Jul 2016
      Anonymous employee
      San Francisco, CA
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Opendoor (San Francisco, CA) in Jun 2015

      Interview

I had a referral, so I came by for lunch one day. I talked with a few people on the team - and then after a good chat, decided to do the take home problems. They were a good wide-range of problems that gave a me a decent idea of the areas I'd work on in my role. After a phone screen to talk through my take home answers - I was invited for an onsite. It was a few hours, meeting various people with more in- depth questions. Great to see the office and meet everyone. Was a bit long but I appreciated how thorough they were. Questions weren't boring.
