Phone interview, case study, on-site. Everyone was pretty friendly, but really stressed the "we are all really smart here." Received the following rejection email after employees stressed the importance of attention to detail:
Thank you for taking the time to meet with our team about the {INSERT ROLE NAME} role at Opendoor. It was great to learn more about your skills and accomplishments. Unfortunately, our team did not select you for further consideration.

Interview
I got a blanket email from talent acquisition saying "thank you for meeting with us" and "it was a very tough decision..." after I never even had an interview. How ingenuine and disrespecting to not even give me a chance, but act like I did through email.
