Applied through agency. I was interviewed at Oportun, Redwood City for Java Tech Lead position. Half hour phone screen , which they asked few technical questions(standard text book questions) , more about to know who you are and you fit for the position or not. After I cleared phone interview they invited for 5 1/2 hour in-person interview , Chief Architect , Director of Engineering other TechLeads. I looked at every interviewer profile in Linkedin before I went to In-person. There are lot of smart people over there. I checked some interview reviews in glassdoor. Every interviewer came to the interview room with Laptop , which is fine to see profile or notes. One interviewer asked question and started working on laptop, did not even payed attention on what I am saying. And the last person I am supposed to meet did not show up as he has to attend production issue. They took 2 days to give the feed back saying I was not selected as I am not strong in design patterns and Architecture, which they haven't even quizzed during interview.
