Interview
The interview was a genuine one! Being in sales requires conversation and dialogue beyond what’s already written on a resume. Opploans team did a great job at not being bland in their interview style. They engaged on a few points on my resume and the rest was PURE conversation. Exactly what an interview should be! They were very open about the expectations and the general tasks or experiences that an LA would go through.

Very Simple straight forward the company knows the talent they are looking for. Bob is amazing and they believe in their company. You have 2 people that you interview with ask you great question everyone seem very happy it’s bright with lots of natural sunlight makes you feel ready for your interview. Lots of smiles.

It was totally upbeat and welcoming. First I had a phone interview with Amanda and she was great and very prompt returning my emails and setting up my personal interview. Next I met with Bob a VP. He was super personable and had a great outlook for where the company was going.

Interview
Phone interview was standard going over my past work history, and goals for position I was applying for. Very informative and transparent interview process, no template interview questions. I was invited to apply by Katie C., who was absolutely wonderful and passionate about the company which is why I applied. I loved her energy and honesty.
