Did four interviews over the course of two weeks. Still waiting for follow up on an offer letter or not. Interviews were about my experience, how I’ve handle certain situations in the workplace and what interested me in applying for the company.

It was a two-step process. The first portion was conducted over the phone . I was asked some questions about my background and interest in the company and specific role I applied for. I was also given a general overview of the company and some of the benefits of working there. The second portion was a face to face interview that included an office tour and I was told some more specifics of the day-to-day functions of the job. The interviews were friendly and thorough in answering my questions. I was able to get a good sense of the company values and expectations for the role.
