Opry Entertainment Group interview questions

I had a pre-screen phone interview with the talent consultant and a virtual meeting with the hiring manager. Everyone was friendly and I felt positive about my interview. Several months later I never heard anything back. In addition, I never received responses to my follow-up emails. This hiring team should understand that people's livelihoods may be at risk, and stringing hopeful applicants on for months is unethical. If you don't feel someone is a good fit, a generic "You are no longer under consideration for this role" email is all it takes. Do better.

The interviewers were great and very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, the experience with the whole hiring team was disappointing. I was told I would be invited to a final round onsite interview, but my follow ups went unanswered. Communication was inconsistent, and employees were often out of office and did not respond.
