The second interview was by phone and the third in person. The HR department helps you with the preparation for the next interviews. They help you with all the information about the company and CEO, so you can go to your interviews well prepare, but I think is alsa up to you to make your own research too. From the firt time Optime get in contact with you, you feel how organized is the company. My last interview with the CEO was different and challenging, she made me a mini assessment so I can show her my ability to think out of the box.
