I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Options For All (Santa Clara, CA) in Nov 2015
Interview
It is really friendly and they really want to hire you. They wanted to know about my background and told me about the organization and why empathy is the necessary but not sufficient condition for the job.
Volunteer experience in human services was helpful. They understand and respect the diverse backgrounds and culture of other people, which is not that common in reality. The future colleagues makes you want to take up the offer. I wish government paid them more.
