      Spatial Analyst Interview

      29 Oct 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      New York, NY
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Optum (New York, NY) in Oct 2021

      Interview

Applied and received many invitations to take EEO form which was odd. As a victim of discrimination, I do not fill those out. Two video calls, first with team then with director. Director asked the same questions and told me I was a strong candidate for the position and I'd hear back by the end of this week. Received a decline letter despite getting so deep in the process. Wonder what changed? Perhaps the hiring manager did not like what he perceived my gender or race to be? Very disappointed and hurt by this company.
