Optum Sr Software Engineer interview questions

I attended the walk-in drive and completed two technical interviews, each lasting approximately 1 to 1.5 hours. Overall, my interview experience was disappointing. Initially, the HR representative informed me that I had been selected and that the hiring HR would contact me with the next steps. However, while I was on my way home, the same HR representative called back and informed me that my profile had been put on hold. After several follow-ups over the next 3–4 days, I was eventually informed by the hiring HR that I had not been selected. Given that both of my technical interviews went well, the lack of clear communication and the change in status were quite frustrating. I expected a more transparent and professional hiring process from a reputed product-based company.
