Two levels- Project Manager Interview for technical evaluation and Director Interview on General topics- covers General Knowledge, Personality skills, Communication skills, Technical Expertise, practical problem solving, demonstration of previous work abilities, sample work- applications developed or project completed in college etc. Ethics on top priority.
