Interview process was very conversational and low-stakes, touched on prior experience but mostly focused on character/personality based questions. Lots of hypothetical questions surrounding customer service situations. Two rounds of interviews, one with direct management and the final interview with regional management. Great as a part-time or entry-level role with limited experience.

The interview process was easy and straight forward. Just general interview questions about yourself and past experience, and why would you be good for the role. They also explained what the position looks like day to day.
