I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Orangetheory Fitness (Houston, TX) in Feb 2019
Interview
I was required to do 3 phone screens with 3 different regional managers for the Houston, Texas area. The first call was the only serious call in which I was asked questions and she had my resume in front of her. Took another week for another call which was rescheduled and also 20-30 minutes late. The call was a waste of time. 5 minutes total in which I was asked no questions and told I'd need to do another phone call. The next call was very similar. No questions just basically one question of why I am interested in position. Neither of the regional managers in the last two calls had my resume in front of them even and were driving at the time of call. Finally, I'm told a meeting would take place and I'd be emailed the address. I do not get the email for the address until 1 am the night prior to the interview at 11 am the next day. I was only in town (relocating from MD) for 3 days total and had one day to do interview. At this point I just moved on and did not show up for the interview.

Interview
Company requested a phone interview for Studio Manager. Manager called and stated the position was filled and would I be open to working the Front Desk or Coaching. Not ideal when I schedule time for an interview for a specific job I applied for only to find out the job has been filled. Orangetheory should reach out ahead of time to see if Candidate is still interested. Waste of time.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Orangetheory Fitness
