Met via Google Meet - roughly 30 minutes. Asked about past experiences in the industry. Shared commission split information and then extended offer. Brokerage generated lead split seemed fairly high.

Nice casual honest conversation about the company and pay structure. Expressed they have lots of leads to work and that they are switching to a more traditional agent platform rather than the salaried positions they once had.
