They had me jump through a bunch of hoops (send them a video, then watch a long video about how important personality was as prep before having another interview where I was told how great all the people who work there are) only to tell me I wasn't a fit. If they were testing for whether I was impatient and didn't want to feel like doormat, because they were looking for doormats, they could have saved a lot of time and just asked me, "How do you feel about being a doormat?" But they wasted my time, and I don't feel like working with a bunch of other doormats (if that's what it takes to work there).
