I applied and was quickly contacted by the recruiter to do a phone screen via Teams. The interviewer didn't seem very engaged or interested in getting to know me, and seemed to be rushing to get through a checklist, which made it hard to keep a conversation going. They also did not seem to know much about the role. I was ghosted afterward, and I still see the job posted after 4 months.
The interview process was engaging, transparent, and provided a great opportunity to showcase skills and experience. Overall, process was highly positive, with clear communication, thoughtful questions, and a welcoming atmosphere.
