Referral from internal employee is always going to make things smoother. Had a phone interview with hiring manager to get to know each other, fairly informal. Afterwards, I had one face to face interview where we went through the standard expected questions for a first face to face, but again, with an internal referral you'll make life easier. Just come prepared as you would expect and you won't catch any curve balls
