The interview process was quite smooth. After the initial application, there was an assessment stage, a stage to present your findings and finally an offer. I passed all stages, and was offered a position but was unfortunately unable to take the role as I couldn’t leave my then current position soon enough. It’s a shame as I was looking forward to working at this firm!

Phone interview was nice and professional. Assessment interview was also normal even little bit of time consuming. What was huge negative is that I was ghosted after. Even for unsuccessful candidate you should let them know. That’s the main issue with lots of companies.

Applied late 2020 and had to do a 30 minute assessment right away. I was soon contacted to do an interview however there was an excel test and a presentation to do before the interview. The excel test was quite involved and took some time, so did the presentation. The interview went quite well. Didn't get the job but the least they could have done was give me some feedback on the test and where I fell short but they didn't. I good immediate feedback on the presentation what was great, and I understand recruitment is quite involved however if you expect people to put in that much effort into doing tests and exercises for you to assess them on you should at least to be prepared to tell them where they fell short.
