Three step procedure with professional test and live interviews. First an interview with associate. Then a professional test. Then again interview with partner. It was an overall structured process but a bit unorganized
The interview contained several unnecessary questions that did not seem relevant to the position. Despite receiving positive feedback, the final outcome was a rejection for reasons that were vague and unexpected.

one associate interviewed me and she was rude. she didn't seem prepared and she had a smug look on her face the entirety of the interview. It felt like it was rapid fire questions being thrown at me that she googled in the moment.
