Interview
Very brief but professional. They initially call you and ask you a few questions over the phone. Then they schedule you for an in person interview. They basically ask you questions off of your resume. If they like you, they have you interview with Human Resources and the CEO.

The CEO asked me how I felt about doctors yelling at me and how I would handle it. That should have been a red flag.
