Very relaxed and allowed back and forth conversation. They were open on how the company operated and lean on that they were family owned. They offered an optional schedule after training was complete.

The interviewer Valarie, barely asked any questions. She had me interview her and ask questions about the company. She didn't seem to know what to ask me and haven't heard back since.
