I had four interviews with the team: 1) Initial interview with HR 2) Interview with the hiring manager 3) Interview with team members that I would work closely with. 4) Interview with another team member that I would work closely with (meant to be in interview 3 but was on vacation). I received an email after my final interview from HR stating that while I was a strong candidate, the team felt that Ottobock "does not currently have the opportunity for the growth (you) desire."
