I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Oura in Jul 2024
Interview
Interview process was straightforward, fair and allowed me as an applicant to learn more about Oura. First step was a recruiter screen, then a hiring manager interview and after a final round interview with 3 Oura employees that I would be working with. The last final round was so helpful for me to better understand Oura's culture and also understand the team's problems and strengths. I thought the questions for all interviews were fair and challenging in a good way. Also, everyone I met was extremely kind and really helpful with questions. In addition, I worked closely with my recruiter (Natalie) who kept me in the loop of what to expect - this is so important when interviewing and made my experience so much more enjoyable! The process also moved fast and if I was told I would hear back within 3 days I really did. My recruiter was also a great advocate for me and so helpful during the offer stage.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Questions about strengths, past projects and working with others (co-workers).
I made it through a couple rounds of interviews, but I felt unclear what they were assessing and specifically looking for. Kind of generic questions. Didn't get much feedback throughout process. Felt a bit like they didn't feel enthused at the outset of interview and unfortunately didn't move forward.
I interviewed at Oura (Helsinki, Southern Finland)
Interview
Everything was communicated well and recruiter was awesome until after first round interview communication stopped completely. After reaching out to recruiter there was no answer. This was strange especially because there was total of 9 candidates and recruiter was saying they eill reach out to everyone.
