The interview process was fairly pain free. Spoke to a fee managers. Maybe 3 steps? They take you for a tour of the office . You meet the other departments. I think its a way to see if you fit in and aren't too shy.

The interviewer was very understanding and nice . The questions were pretty straightforward and understandable. I did not have a hard time communicating any discomfort or any hard time answering the questions in my interview
