A recruiter reached out to me to interview for a project manager role. This process took four months and required 3 interviews and a case study. The interviewer was late to 2 of the interviews she actually attended with me and didn’t show up for my case study. I rescheduled my case study presentation for the sole purpose that I spent upwards for 5 hours preparing a deck. The recruiter informed me they decided to go with an internal hire and no feedback was provided on my actually performance.
