In person interview with four staff at varying levels of seniority, seemed to be very friendly and looking for you to succeed rather than attempting to catch you out. Overall a fine experience, light on technicals at this stage

4 step interview process. Interview with recruiter, manager, analysts, interview with director. Required an excel modeling exercise. Interviews were a mix of technicals and fit related questions. Standard interview process.

Met with managers from different departments. Interviews included technicals and market knowledge. Good chance to learn more about the company and specifics about the role. The interviewers were nice and want to determine how you'd fit with the team
