    I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Oxfordshire County Council (Oxford, England) in August 2009.

    Interview

    Initial telephone interview with existing post holder. This was very interesting and gave a feel for the current set up of the job. It also gave the opportunity to ask questions directly relating to the role.
    A panel interview with competency based questions followed with line manager and another collegue. It went well and i felt welcome but also challenged.
