Interview
It was a quick interview where I met the Forensic Psychologist and the Team Manager, and they asked me four questions separately. I had the interview in the Oxleas building block inside the prison.

Question 1
I interviewed for a role based in a prison so I was asked questions around risks of working in such environment and what I would do in scenarios such as supporting individuals with ADHD and hearing that an individual want to hurt themselves. I was also asked about my background and reasons for applying for this role.
I was asked about my experiences with patients, the benefits of supervision, why I want this role in particular. The interviewer was polite and it felt more conversational than anything, I spoke of my future aspirations of wanting to become a clinical psychologist and how I why I want to do this,
