Off of initial hire they were kind, accommodating, and informative! It was a two part interview and I met all of the managers and operating partners that worked there. The servers were very inviting, as well. We all shared some interest in many things!
The interview is very easy with many simple questions like availability and experience. It only took around 5-10 minutes to finish. They'll let you know if they can hire you immediately after the interview.

Simple in person interview with a singular round. Sat down in the resturant and was asked questions about multi-tasking ability, focus, attention to detail and availability. Lasted about 20 minutes and was mostly about presentation and personality

The interview went well overall. The process was very organized, and everyone I interacted with was polite and welcoming. It was conducted in person at the restaurant, which gave me a good sense of the environment and team dynamics. I appreciated the opportunity to see the space and speak with the staff directly—it helped provide a clearer picture of the role and expectations.
