They do a phone interview first, which was nice for me as it saved me the time of coming in somewhere had I decided I was not interested after the questions I had about the job. After the phone interview, there was an in-person interview. After I did the in-person interview, I was able to get a job offer.

I went in for a first interview after talking with them on the phone, A week later they called me back for a second interview. I got a tour and they made the job offer the same day I was there for the second interview.
