PC Financial Customer Service Representative interview questions

pretty easy,Mostly behavioural questions. The interview took about fifteen minutes. Was asked what to talk about been empathetic. Definition of customer service. Did a phone interview first,then I was invited to the agency in charge. I was told I will be contacted if I was successful. I got a call later in the day and was told to follow a link for background checks to be done. I followed the link filled out the forms attached . The following day I got a call back that the background check was okay. A letter was sent showing the resumption date. The whole process took about 2-3 days
