The interview process was four rounds but other than being lengthy, it was fairly straightforward. The first three were virtual and the final one was in person. The rounds were: design team, sales manager, general plant manager, and then in person with all.

Interview
Hiring manager meets you on campus for an interview for the position (typically at career fairs). In my situation he was unable to meet on campus so it was a phone interview after my initial interview with another PCA hiring manager.
