Interview
The interview process is pretty simple.
They concentrate more on seeing if the candidate has a thinking cap than on correct answers. Makes is better since they do not judge your ability on that basis.

Why do you think this position is good for you and how will you progress?
The process was smooth. It was very interactive and learnt a lot being interviewed. Had a 1-1 with the CTO who was very knowledgeable. The HR team was very helpful and made sure the interview process went on smoothly.
I apply through a manager. Then they contact me through email. It is a phone interview. Just interview by phone call, no need through the screen. They said they will contact me in a week. But they didn't.
