After a brief 15 minutes phone call where the person calling me barely knew the job description and also admitting that it was an apprentice role. I have 5+ years customer service experience. Why were they interviewing me for an apprentice role when I applied for a regular role. The job was also online for £25000 but she did not know the salary. She seemed really nice but clueless as to what role she was hiring for. Skim reading the job specification prior of having it with you during the interview I think is a must. Anyway I have now been ghosted so not impressed with her. I definitely don't want the job now. Way too many red flags.
