Very easy interview process. I went through two interviews, first with the manager, then with regional manager. It was rather a straight forward interview. I was hired the next day after interviewing with the regional manager.

PLK had contacted me asking for my availability for a phone interview. After providing my open availability they did not schedule an interview. I also followed up with no reply.
