I applied in-person. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at PMR Companies (Louisville, KY) in Sept 2012
Interview
Interviewed with Property Supervisor and Vice President of Property Management. Met with Vice President of Human Resources. I felt that PMR endeavors to choose the right candidate for long term employment who will live up to the ethics the company adheres to. PMR manages multifamily assets for a variety of different clients and may move managers from one asset to another in the event of dispositions and acquisitions.

What is my experience in Class A properties? Class C and B? How aggressive am I in resident rent collections? Am I willing to work one Saturday a month?
I applied online. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at PMR Companies (Saint Louis, MO) in Jun 2018
Interview
Interview process seemed great, but it took over two weeks to get an offer letter once I was verbally offered the job. At that point, I submitted a background check and had to wait nearly 10 days for correspondence. I was emailed a drug screening that I didn't see right away (maybe 6-8 hours after I got it) that only allowed me the current business day plus the next to complete. I made the deadline, but was not near the clinic I was asked to go to (I was actually about 75 miles away at the time out of town for a long weekend) so it was really rushed. The rush part wouldn't have been bad if the initial process didn't take multiple weeks.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at PMR Companies in Nov 2014
Interview
